Coming Tomorrow: A Colorado Christmas Wish List

Don’t spend all your money in one mall (or one Walmart) when shopping for kids and grandkids this year.

There are so many wonderful experiences waiting for kids here in the Springs and Denver – why not buy art or music classes, passes to the zoo or the philharmonic rather than the easy gifts that are likely to be forgotten so quickly? And if you’re looking for a toy, book, or educational product, consider supporting your local stores rather than the national chains.

Tomorrow I will be posting a Colorado Christmas Wish List that can help you plan local-oriented, experience-rich gifts for your kids and share your favorites with the grandparents, aunts, uncles, and other gift-givers in your family.

Check back tomorrow, and be thinking about how we all can give our kids the best while supporting the local businesses and attractions that make Colorado such a wonderful place to raise kids!

Camp Bow Wow Cutest Dog Picture – Random Winner 3 and Grand Prize Winner

Smirnoff the Husky, belonging to Starr Bates, won the third random prize in Camp Bow Wow’s Cutest Dog Picture contest. They have earned a gift certificate to Camp Bow Wow’s Re-Tail Shoppe:

Dog-related Products
Searching for the perfect toy to keep your pup entertained? At Camp Bow Wow we try to stock our shelves with items you can’t find at the big box stores and we also shop with the “dog who has everything” in mind! Come in and browse our selection of treats, food, toys, collars, leashes, apparel and more.

And the Grand Prize Cutest Dog winner is: Breanna Bourke’s Siberian/Alaskan Husky, Blitz, was chosen as the cutest dog in the Springs. Congratulations, Breanna! Blitz will be able to stay for an entire week in the doggie heaven that Camp Bow Wow provides.

Doggy Daycare
Doggy daycare can be a life-saver for the busy family on the go! Daycare is helpful for parents who work long hours, have a puppy with boundless energy, or have a dog that needs to get more exercise or socialization. Camp Bow Wow offers daycare packages that save money and make checking in and out a breeze! We have convenient hours, a dog-loving staff, and a location near you. If you don’t have time each night for the 2 mile walk your pooch needs, bring your dog to doggy daycare and be amazed at how quiet and well-behaved he is when he arrives home!

Thank you to all of those who participated in this contest and showcased your beautiful dogs. If you haven’t checked out Camp Bow Wow (an advertiser on MyKidsWeek.com), learn about the services they have to offer.
