Spring Break Cooking Camp: Yeast Breads

Children will learn how to prepare basic yeast bread dough that will be made into home made pizza, flavored breads, stuffed breads, pita pockets, focaccia, cinnamon rolls, and dessert pizza. The last day of camp will be a cooking competition using what they have learned during the week. The winner receives a trophy. The cooking camp is for five consecutive days (Monday - Friday 11:00am-3:30pm). Ages 9-17. Payment is due in full at time of registration. Cost is $245.00 per student for the five days.
