A Wild Summer Experience.
Cheyenne Mountain Zoo offers summer camp adventures that share the wonders of wildlife and wild places in fun and exciting ways. Campers meet animals up close, explore the outdoors, interact with zookeepers, make treats for the animals, design cool crafts and more!

Campers should register for the grade they will enter in the fall.
Minimum age is 4 years old.
3 Different ways to camp:
- Full Week Camps – Grades Preschool – 12th – Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Single Day Camps – Grades Preschool – 4th – Weekdays of May 25, 26, 27 and August 8, 9, 10, 9:00 a.m. – noon for Preschool-K, or 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. for Grades 1-4.
- Overnight Camp – Grades 1st – 6th – Week of July 11-15; Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.. Then, campers arrive at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 14 for a cookout and night tour; families can join in on the cookout and tour for $15 a person. Campers then stay overnight and finish at noon on Friday. Those who do not want to stay overnight may still attend the cookout and night tour, and/or the half-day program on Friday from 8:00 a.m. to noon.
