Discover the joy of climbing, digging, zip-lining, splashing, messy, all-in play for free during our Joy Park Free Nights! We're keeping the exhibit open after hours from 4 - 8 pm (or dusk) on the third Friday of the month, May – September, thanks to a collaboration with Denver Parks and Recreation.

Please note: These free nights include access to Joy Park only and are weather-permitting. Except for the restrooms, the inside of the Museum will be closed.

 September Daily Programing:

Artist-in-Residence: Betony Coons

Open studio hours through October, check website for details

Raised in Kansas on an apple orchard, Betony's parents encouraged curiosity and abundant play, and those values stayed with Betony through adulthood. As a mother of three, Betony is constantly moved by the beauty and wonder of childhood, all reflected in her wild and whimsical paintings and murals. Swing by during her open studio hours to pick her brain, collaborate on a piece and explore art in a whole new way!
