If the heart of a great museum is its subject, then the Denver Firefighters Museum is truly one of the best! The Museum offers outstanding exhibits on the history of firefighting in Denver, focusing on the Denver Fire Department.

We also provide innovative and exciting hands-on activities that allow visitors of all ages to interact with the traditional exhibits. There is always something new to explore in our historic Museum. I invite you to visit often you never know what you might find!

Visitors may tour the galleries at their own pace through a self-guided tour during Musuem hours.

The Denver Firefighters Museum is housed in a 1909 firehouse listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m
Closed Sundays & Major Holidays
