Mathnasium Briargate – The Math Learning Center

A gymnasium develops the body—MATHNASIUM develops the mind.

Used with great success in both public and private schools as well as with privately tutored students since 1974 by creator Larry Martinek, MATHNASIUM is the best there is: a time-tested, personalized program that employs diagnostics, direct instruction, guided practice, manipulatives, and games to build Number Sense, the key to understanding math.

Cost Details:
Programs vary in cost. The 12-month program for pre-algebra is $199 per month, plus a one-time registration fee of $199, which includes all testing and classroom materials. Since a monthly enrollment consists of approximately 2 visits per week this makes the hourly cost as little as $17 per hour - a fraction of the cost of traditional tutoring.
