Anytime Activity Ideas: All children benefit from participation in gymnastics and fitness classes. There is so much to gain beyond the basic gymnastic skills. My Gym's frogramming adds to and benefits other important developmental areas. My Gym Kids gain important self-confidence and essential social skills including listening, following directions and taking turns, as our caring teachers provide positive reinforcement and thoughtful feedback in My Gym's safe and fun classes. Some other positive aspects of children's gymnastics classes include: strength development, learning to preform in front of people, flexibility, social skills, coordination, and fitness.

Gymsters 23 months-2 1/2 years
Terrific Tots 2 1/2 years - 3 1/4 years

Whiz Kids 4 1/2 - 6 years
Champions 6-8 years
NEW! Cardio Kids 7-13 years: This program combines a cardio workout with strength and flexibility exercises. We teach fun nutritional tips and include a circuit-training course and fitness activities. Strength and endurance are increased, as children develop a healthy lifestyle. Our goal is to instill health and fitness as a way of life.

Services Offered: Unlimited Classes and Open Gyms for Enrolled Students!
My Gym is adding more value to your tuition in order to show our appreciation. For the month of December, My Gym is offering unlimited classes and Open Gyms. In order to keep our student to teacher ratio, please give us a call ahead to schedule your bonus December age-appropriate classes at 528-KIDS (5437).

For members and non-members, My Gym offers Parents' Night Out. For members, they offer free open gym times several times a week. Members can also reserve the gym for a play group of five or more children for the low cost of $5 per child.



Costs/Admission Rates: The one time membership fee is $75. Classes are $65 a month.

Summer Special: Enroll your child for your entire summer break and My Gym will waive your $75 membership fee! (Not valid with any other offers.)

Save $50.00 off Lifetime Membership the entire month of August!!
