Lil' Kickers is a physical development program for young children. Teachers use a variety of props and games to encourage children to have fun while engaging them in physical activity and group interaction. Activities that teach soccer skills and team participation increase with each age and ability level. The most important ingredient in our program is FUN; kids learn quickly in our non-competitive environment. Classes are designed to develop motor skills, promote physical fitness, and create self-confidence. View listings for other locations:

Providing a stimulating environment affects how a child's brain is "wired" for life. This parent participation class uses a variety of props, songs, and games to engage toddlers in participation activities. Simple motor skills are stressed. Class favorites - like parachute and bubble time - build physical coordination, explore early language skills, and pave the way for growing social development. TEDDYS: 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 yrs TEDDYS is a progression class for CUBS, and while it's still a parent-participation class, we work towards strengthening the child's autonomy, challenging listening skills and cognitive awareness. Additionally, more advanced motor skills are stressed. BEARS: 3 1/2 - 4 1/2 yrs We use a variety of props and age appropriate games to introduce children to group activities, emphasizing motor skill development and social interaction. BEARS participate in game-like scenarios that introduce basic soccer skills and team work. BEARS II: 3 1/2 - 4 1/2 yrs In this progression class for BEARS, students face more challenging skills and concepts, which reinforce foundational principles while emphasizing individual motor skill development and personal fitness. GRIZZLIES: 4 1/2 - 6 yrs More advanced soccer skills are taught and new concepts are introduced. We teach and develop kicking, balance, dribbling, foot-eye coordination, and running control using a variety of props and games. GRIZZLIES play small-sided, non-competitive games, and the curriculum is geared to give children lots of touches on the ball while having fun. GRIZZLIES II: 6 & 7 yrs More advanced skills, tactics, and rules are introduced. Kids learn and have fun while spending more time in soccer game situations. Individual technique is enhanced through the use of the Millennium Training System. Costs/Admission Rates: The 8 week session costs $96. Parent reviews

There are many more benefits and our kids are always eager to join the next season. But, if you or your kids are wanting to develop early soccer skill the program has a lot to offer there too.Notes Glad we had, wish we had...: Glad they have fun, energetic and engaged instructors that are among the top I've seen in similar activities we do with our kids.

Outstanding Program for Kids!!!!, Monday, 28 July 2008 Written by Cassie Paap Educational Value Educational Experience: This program may seem like just a fun class filled with games and activities but it holds so many core benefits to my grandchild's learning. He not only has fun in classes but at the same time learns balance and coordination, teamwork, focus and discipline. These are very key elements in child development and I think Soccer Buddies does an excellent job of incorporating these into the classes.

fantastic!, Monday, 28 July 2008 Written by Michelle Educational Value Educational Experience: My 3 year old daughter and 4 year old son loved soccer buddies! The games and activities were so much fun and kept them continually busy! They worked on motor skills, coordination, balance, following directions, teamwork, and many other skills to enhance not only their abilities in soccer, but in any sport. I was very pleased with the program and my kids can't wait to go back!!!!

wonderful program, Friday, 11 July 2008 Written by sherry Educational Value Educational Experience: The instructor was great with the children. The program taught many skills and incorporated large muscle development that all children would benefit from, not just ones interested in soccer!
