The 73rd Avenue Theatre Company

The 73rd. Avenue Theatre Company is a non-profit organization dedicated to present quality artistic shows and classes of performing arts such as theatre, dance, and music involving local artists. The company was created by Maru Garcia, Phil Luna, and Magally Rizo Antuna with the idea of forming a company that would give back to the community that hosts it, understanding that live cultural events enrich the lives of those who get involved including audience, artists, and performers. The Company will dedicate its efforts to combine performances on stage with classes directed towards children, youth, and adults. In addition to that, the Company will try to provide at least one bilingual (English/ Spanish) workshop and include a bilingual show, reaching out to those people who may have a Hispanic background or that are interested in learning more about the Hispanic culture.
