Programs Offered: The Fine Arts Center Theatre Company's 2008-09 season concludes with The Music Man, the award-winning, critically-acclaimed Broadway classic, opening at the SaGJi Theatre on May 8 and running through May 31. Show Times: Thursdays ....................................... 7:30 p.m Fridays & Saturdays .......................... 8:00 p.m. Saturday Family Matinees .................. 2:00 p.m. Sundays ....................................... 2:00 p.m. The Fine Arts Center, Pikes Peak Urban Gardens, the Pikes Peak Work Force, and Rick’s Garden Center have partnered with the Dale House Project to grow vegetables in a newly-planted garden next to the FAC parking lot. The young gardeners are residents of the Dale House Project. Themes, Exhibitions, Longterm Events: NASA: Art: 50 Years of Exploration December 2009 to July 2010 Organized by NASA, the Smithsonian Institution and the National Air and Space Museum and in partnership with the Pikes Peak Library District. Along with the many great works of art in this exhibition, the FAC has a tremendous line-up of ancillary programming from an innovative, site-specific video installation, to side exhibits by Colorado Springs legend Eric Bransby and Denver artists Monica Petty Aiello and Vance Kirkland as well as a film series, lectures, and special Bemis classes and workshops. Costs/Admission Rates: Public Free Days on 3rd Saturdays of each month. FAC Members Free Non-members Adults $7.50 Seniors $6.75 Students with ID and youth 5-17 $6.75 Children 4 and under Free $45 Individual Basic membership benefits for one adult $55 Dual Basic membership benefits for two adults $60 Family Basic membership benefits for two adults and their children under age 17 FAC permanent collection (first floor galleries) and the FAC MODERN are included together in one price.
